We believe deeply in the strength of American democracy. This means upholding the rule of law, ensuring free and fair elections, and respecting the voices of all Americans. Our goal is to build a future where prosperity is shared by everyone, not just those at the top. We want every American to benefit from the economic gains of their hard work, creating a more inclusive and thriving nation for all.

Women’s Rights

President Biden and the Democrats believe in women’s rights to govern their own choices. No religious test should stand between any woman and her doctor. If given a majority, President Biden and the Democrats will restore Roe v. Wade and expand protections for women’s rights.

LGBTQIA Rights

Democrats in Congress introduced the Equality Act to extend civil rights protections to LGBTQ people. President Biden will proudly sign it when we elect him and a majority in Congress.

Civil Rights

President Biden is committed to nominating justices for the Supreme Court who will restore the safeguards of the Civil Rights Act. This is crucial after the damage done by Trump’s extreme conservative court appointments, aided by Christian nationalist senators.

Former President Trump and the Republicans

Republicans are not hiding their objectives. Trump openly boasts about appointing religious conservatives to reshape American law through a theological lens that defies the majority’s views. Christian nationalists and other Republican leaders have laid the groundwork for autocracy in the United States. They plan to weaponize the Electoral College to defy the popular vote, consolidate power, and impose their restrictive policies on all of us.

Restricting Women’s Rights

Republican leaders claim it’s about states’ rights, but they used the same argument to defend slavery. They are willing to let women die from health complications to satisfy their belief that unborn life is more valuable than the living. Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, women have had to flee states with abortion restrictions in search of life-saving healthcare. In response, Republicans have pushed for even more restrictions on reproductive care.

Making the World Unsafe

Trump has undermined NATO, dismantled the Trans-Pacific Partnership, and withdrawn from the Iran Nuclear Agreement. These actions have pushed Iran toward China and emboldened them to finance terrorist activities in Israel. He abandoned our allies in Syria and praises dictators like Putin and Kim Jong-un. We cannot afford another term of Trump, who aims to destroy American strength around the world.

Embolden Christian Nationalist and Neo Nazis

Trump and his supporters have abandoned any pretense of upholding a civil, secular society that ensures equality for people of all faiths. They are pushing a restrictive worldview built on fear. We cannot let them succeed.

I couldn’t contain my enthusiasm and want to share every bit of that energy with you. Get ready because we’re about to dive headfirst into a movement redefining Kentucky for our generation and beyond!

Inspiring Engagement and Unstoppable Grit:

Listen up, folks! We can’t afford to be passive observers anymore. It’s time to take action, be heard, and make a difference. Colonel Pamela Stevenson’s words hit me hard when she said, “I’m standing square in the middle of who I am.” That’s the spirit we need—unyielding determination and unwavering authenticity. Let’s channel that energy and fight tooth and nail to protect our democracy.

Celebrating Victories and Unleashing Our Potential:

Imagine a Kentucky where we’re not just playing catch-up but leading the charge. Governor Beshear and Jacqueline Coleman have lit a fire lifting our state’s economy and bringing investments that will put Kentucky on the map as the center for electric vehicles.
